Processing- Unless stated otherwise all items are processed after payment is completed. Orders are then crafted and packaged within 3-5 business days.
Shipping- Shipping which is through UPSP Priority Shipping comes with tracking number. Please be mindful of tracking your package as we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. We do our best to package all orders with love, care and protection to withstand shipping process. If your order arrives damaged please email us promptly at [email protected].
Returns- Due to the nature of all items being handcrafted in small batches or to order all sales are final.
